A skin tag, also know as an acrochordon, pedunculated papilloma or fibroepithelial polyp is a small and usually benign tumor. It forms in areas where your skin creases. You'll find them on the neck, armpits and eyelids. If you're lucky, it's raised on the surface of the skin on a fleshy stalk called a peduncle. These are the easiest skin tags to eliminate. |
